Generally, your employees have different specializations. So, you'll need to split services between employees.
How to appoint a service to an employee?
After you've defined a service and its description, you should choose assets and employees that will perform it.
- Go to Settings in the left vertical menu.
- Proceed to Business – Services.
- Select one of them to specify connected staff.
- Click on Staff & Assets.
- In the opened list, activate staff and assets directed for this service.
Here, you can appoint a service to several employees. It's called collective performance.
Some of your services may include those that require collective performance. For example, a 4-hands massage needs 2 employees. If you have a booking option for the entire VR club, it means all the headsets booking, etc.
In the previous step, we've already chosen staff for service. Now, you can select the Collective performing feature and choose how many simultaneous employees it needs.
Important: the total income revenue will be divided among all the performers. You should account for that while pricing.
An option allows choosing staff automatically, both via Calendar and Widget.
The automatic assignment will choose a random employee among those connected to the service and available at the selected time.
The screenshot shows the option of both manual and automatic assignments.
You can skip this step and choose an automatic assignment as a default for bookings. Just go to Settings – Administration – Widget. Choose Skip there.
