Connecting Stripe allows you to implement convenient payment methods via QR codes and links, significantly simplifying the transaction process for customers. This integration facilitates faster, safer, and more accessible payments, opening up new opportunities for business growth.
Caution! Stripe does not work with sellers from some countries – availability depends on your location. Buyers can be from any country.

Where is online payment located in the system?
A page with payment providers available in your region can be found on the Point of sale – Online Payments page:
Click Let's start and select payment provider. If you have not used this service before, registration is required.
How to register with Stripe
Click the Let's start button in the previous step, then click Next.
- Follow the instructions that appear on the screen. Enter your email address and password:
- Use the Google Authenticator app to set up two-step verification:
- Enter information about the company: location, industry. Depending on your region, Stripe may require different information and document uploads. Follow the on-screen prompts.
- Be mindful of the setting up and document verification on the Stripe side. After submiting your company information, you will be redirected back to the EasyWeek webpage with a message about the successful setup:
Is it necessary to use an API key?
Setting up integration with Stripe is a simple end-to-end process that requires only the above steps to be completed, after which the connection will be established. You do not need to specify the API key manually either.
Setting up payments in the widget
After the previous steps, it will be possible to customize the payment directly in the widget when booking.
To do this, use the options:
- Make payment mandatory on booking. When this option is enabled, every booking through the widget must be pre-paid for it to be confirmed.
- Payment waiting timeout. The timeout during which payment will be pending before releasing the record slot in the widget.
Where to find a cash register QR code
After the previous step, you will see a page with an opportunity to download a QR code for your cash desk. Your clients will scan this code to transfer funds for services. We advise you to place it prominently in your location.
