We understand that transitioning to the new pricing plans might raise questions for our current clients. So, we’ve answered some of the most common questions below.
What will happen to my current plan?
In short – it will be frozen and restricted from future updates.
You can always switch to the new plans, with your remaining balance applied to the new subscription, and take full advantage of all the new features we are adding now and in the future.
How do I switch to a new plan?
Starting from October 15, 2024, some clients will get access to our major update, which includes many new features. Along with this update, the new pricing plans will be available. As soon as the new plans are available in your account, you’ll be able to switch immediately. You can select a new plan in the updated “Billing” section, and we will apply your remaining balance to the new plan.
Is there a discount when switching to a new plan?
Yes, for our loyal clients, we’re offering a 50% discount on the first 3 months of the new plan. We value our partnership and are doing everything we can to ease your financial burden during this challenging time.
How do I apply the discount?
The discount will be automatically applied when you switch to the new plan.
Why are we updating our pricing?
We started as a project in 2019. Throughout this time, we’ve continually delighted you with new features and helped you grow your business. We create marketing tools that allow you to scale and save time on routine tasks. Many of our competitors have already updated their prices several times, with some doing so annually. We’ve postponed it for 5 years, but due to economic realities, we’re now forced to adjust our prices to continue supporting your business effectively.
