In March, we focused on improving website setup, automating daily tasks, and increasing financial transparency. New features and dozens of improvements will help businesses save time and earn more.
Booking widget & website
- Disabled gift cards no longer appear in the widget or on the website. Clients won’t see or accidentally purchase expired ones.
- Only paid bookings are now shown in Google Calendar. If a client doesn’t pay, the booking is canceled, and your calendar stays clean.
- The company logo is now trimmed neatly in the calendar without distortion — your brand looks professional and trustworthy.
- Time blocking now works separately for each location. You can close specific hours for a branch without affecting others.
- Terms of Use now open in a pop-up window in the widget — the client stays on the booking page, making the process smoother.
- Authorization improved — if you log into your account at least once every 30 days, the system keeps you signed in, even in a new tab.
- Portfolio images from deactivated locations are no longer shown. Inactive content doesn’t interfere with work. Also fixed photo deletion bugs in inactive locations.
- Booking now works smoothly in Firefox on screens smaller than 1600px. Clients can book from any device or browser — no limits or glitches.
Finances, POS & payments
- When selling the last item in stock, the system won’t let two clients buy it at the same time — no inventory confusion.
- Refund invoices now generate with a negative amount — simplifying your accounting.
- Sales transaction filtering by employee now works accurately — ensures transparency and team performance tracking.
- If a client pays for a previously saved order, the system no longer duplicates it — keeping order history clean and transactions accurate.
- Switching between cash registers is now quicker and more intuitive.
- When editing employee details, the cache updates immediately — changes apply without a page reload.
- POS discounts now display correctly in receipts and reports — clear and transparent.
- When paying via link or QR code, the correct amount is now shown.
Reminders & notifications
- Paused notifications no longer disappear — events are saved and not sent retroactively when reactivated.
- Delayed reminders (e.g., thank-you notes) are now sent based on booking closure, not visit date — helpful when bookings are closed later.
- Booking confirmation is only sent after payment — filters out accidental bookings and shows who’s really coming.
- A new button to update SMS balance — always know how many messages you have left and top up easily.
- Cancellation notifications now send properly from the booking page — clients always get up-to-date info.
- Email notifications now send even if the email is added later to an existing client card — free, reliable client communication.
- Email validation when adding new employees — the system now warns if a Cyrillic address is used to prevent delivery errors.
Localization
- Interface is now available in 8 new languages: Thai, Bulgarian, Serbian, Romanian, Montenegrin, Japanese, Greek, and Arabic (UAE). Even more clients can see your site and widget in their native language.
- If your website has multiple languages enabled, the client can now choose their preferred one directly in the site header.
- On the booking page, the client now sees service names in their selected language — booking is more user-friendly and understandable.
