Your account's subscription requires a linked bank card. To get information about the current plan and the card in use, you can go to the Billing page by clicking on the profile picture in the lower left corner. In the Payment details section, you will find billing information about your company and the active payment method:
If no card was added, this section would display "Add a card".
Adding a payment card
Navigate to the Billing page. In the Payment details section, click on the edit icon in this field:
In the opened window, click on the edit icon or switch to the Payment card option:
Enter the new card details and click Update payment information. The new payment method will replace the previously saved one.
Removing a payment card
The subscription service requires saved card data to guarantee payment.
If you have an active subscription, you won't be able to remove your payment method from your account. So that you know, the customer service team also can't remove the payment method while the subscription is active.
Subscription cancellation can be done on the Billing page as well.
To remove your payment method, please ensure your subscription is inactive and then contact the Support chat.
