Each of your employees can have either their schedule or a schedule that coincides with the company's schedule.
There are several ways to set up work intervals for your employees.

How to set up an employee's weekly schedule
An employee's work schedule can be created for several months in advance, up to infinite periods. Let's consider a method convenient for weekly schedules, where working hours are linked to days of the week:
- Click on Staff in the left vertical menu:
- Click on the desired employee.
- Select the Schedule tile:
- Click the Set up a shift plan button in the upper right corner. The new schedule window will appear, showing the employee and location.
- Set the period in which the schedule will be in effect:
a) Select a range of months:
b) or specify No end date. The new schedule will then apply for all future months until new edits are made.
- Specify the working intervals for each day of the week:
Note that the intervals can be easily copied to other days of the week via the icon .
Settings in the mobile version
In the mobile version, go to the menu 🀜 More – Staff – Schedule. Once there, select the row with the desired employee or object. The schedule setting window looks identical. It can be accessed via the Set up a new shift plan command in the three-dot menu:
Be careful, these changes will overwrite the current schedule.
How to set up an employee's shift schedule
Just like in the previous case, go to the employee's schedule:
- Click on Staff in the left vertical menu.
- Choose the desired employee.
- Select the Schedule tile.
Use the Select multiple button to open the menu to quickly select days: all days of the month, even/odd, weekdays/weekends. In addition, the days can be selected one by one by simply clicking.
After that, the modal window Set up / Day off will appear.
In the mobile version you can select all days at once and/or one day at a time.
Following the location schedule
The system allows you to reduce monotonous activities also when an employee or several employees are always working when a location is open. This article describes how to set a location schedule.
Let's see how to select a schedule for an employee that always coincides with the organization's working hours.
- Go to Staff – Schedule. Click on the row of the desired employee.
- From the ··· Options menu, select Use location calendar.
- Next, specify the month from which you want to change the employee's schedule:
Starting from the selected month, the location's work schedule is copied to the employee, and an infinite follow is set.
The nice thing about this binding is that if you change the location schedule, those changes will automatically be applied to all employees following the schedule.
Overview of the entire team's schedule
Go to the Staff – Shift plan page. The current week's schedule will open. Display settings are available:
- Filter locations, departments, and employees/objects only.
- Switches for the selected week and a back to Today button.
- Selection of days to edit.
Editing a team's schedule for a week
On the Staff – Shift plan, you can not only view the weekly schedule but also make team edits.
Click on the Select multiple button and then on the desired option in the Quick choice menu:
The Set up / Day off buttons will appear for the selected days. The specified intervals will be applied to all selected days and all selected employees:
Exporting and printing the schedule
On the described pages it is available to export the schedule for both an individual employee and a group. The command is available in the menu ··· Options in the upper right corner.
Tip: on the Staff – Shift plan page, use the filters to select the desired location and the required set of employees and/or objects.
