In short: EasyWeek has an MCP server. Connect it to an AI assistant and manage bookings, clients, staff, availability, point of sale and reminders in plain language, for example "Show today's bookings" or "Move Anna's appointment to Friday at 14:00". Nothing to install: the connection is a URL and a sign-in with your EasyWeek account.
Connection URL: https://mcp.easyweek.io/mcp
When you need this
- You already use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another AI tool and want it to work with your EasyWeek data.
- You want to check availability, create or reschedule bookings without opening the dashboard.
- You build your own automations on top of EasyWeek and prefer an AI agent to raw API calls.
Steps (Claude)
- Open Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app), open the main menu and go to Customize - Connectors.
- Click Add - Add custom connector.
- Name it EasyWeek and paste
https://mcp.easyweek.io/mcpinto Remote MCP server URL, then click Add. - Click Connect. Claude opens the EasyWeek sign-in page: sign in and click Allow.
- Start a new chat and ask, for example, "What is the next free slot for a haircut?".
The connector is tied to your Claude account, so it shows up in claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code at once. Custom connectors are a Claude feature: check Claude's current plan overview for which plans include them.
Steps (ChatGPT)
- Open ChatGPT, go to Settings - Safety & Login and enable Developer Mode.
- Open Plugins and click + in the top right corner.
- Name the plugin EasyWeek, paste
https://mcp.easyweek.io/mcpas the MCP server URL and save. - ChatGPT opens the EasyWeek sign-in page: sign in and click Allow.
- The plugin is now available in any chat: ask, for example, "Show tomorrow's bookings".
Developer Mode and plugins are ChatGPT features: check OpenAI's current plan overview for what your plan includes.
Cursor and other tools
Any tool that supports remote MCP servers can connect: add a server with the URL https://mcp.easyweek.io/mcp (transport http). The first call opens the same EasyWeek sign-in page.
Result
The assistant sees the workspace you were signed into when you allowed access. It can:
- read locations, staff, services, categories and payment accounts;
- check availability and find the next free slot;
- list bookings and clients, find a client by phone or email, open a booking or a client card with history;
- create a booking, reschedule it, mark it completed, change its status or staff member, replace the service, edit its comment;
- create and update client cards, create and update services, block time on a staff member's calendar;
- work with the point of sale: create an order with services, products or gift vouchers, take payment, list and open orders, create gift voucher templates;
- cancel a booking or refund an order. Both are marked as destructive actions, so the assistant asks you to confirm first.
The assistant cannot send messages to clients, delete clients or bookings, change workspace settings, top up the messaging balance or touch your subscription. Every action is written to EasyWeek exactly as if you did it in the dashboard, and clients receive the usual notifications, for example when a booking is rescheduled.
Messages and reminders
With the messaging permission the assistant also sees your messaging tools:
- balance and limits of the SMS and WhatsApp wallets, and the auto top-up settings (it can switch auto top-up on or off and change its threshold and amount);
- message history with delivery status, filtered by channel, period, client or booking, and the status of one message;
- a check whether a phone number can receive SMS;
- the list of automatic reminders, switching a reminder on or off, its templates and their moderation status. An edited template goes to moderation the same way as from the dashboard.
The permission is granted when you connect. If you connected before this permission existed, remove the connector in the AI tool and connect again to get it. Sending a message to a client is not available through the assistant.
Several workspaces
One connection works with one workspace: the one that was active in the dashboard when you clicked Allow. Every answer names the workspace it acts in. To work with another workspace, remove the connector in the AI tool, switch the workspace in EasyWeek and connect again.
Access and data
- Sign-in goes through your EasyWeek account, no API key is needed and the AI tool never sees your password.
- The MCP server runs on EasyWeek infrastructure in Germany. Your data does not pass through third-party services.
- To stop the access, remove the connector in your AI tool. To revoke the authorization on the EasyWeek side, contact support.
If it doesn't work
- The AI tool shows "Unauthorized": remove the connector and connect again, the sign-in may have expired.
- The assistant sees the wrong company: you allowed access while another workspace was active; reconnect after switching the workspace.
- A booking is refused: the slot is taken or outside working hours, or your booking form requires a field such as the client's birthday; the assistant will name the missing field, give it the value and ask again.
- The messaging tools are missing: the connection was made before the messaging permission existed; remove the connector and connect again.
- There is no "Add custom connector" or "Developer Mode" in your AI product: these features depend on the plan and app version; check the product's documentation.
