In our system, each reservation goes through specific stages marked with corresponding statuses. These reflect both the current state of the booking and possible next steps.
Below is a diagram of the main statuses and their descriptions:
Fundamental statuses
In most cases, you can manage with three main booking statuses:
- New – the initial status assigned to a booking when created in the system.
-
Cancelled – the status for unfinished bookings with the "Cancel" command applied in the booking card.
It is the final status, and the booking cannot be restored either automatically or manually. -
Done – the status for bookings paid in the booking card.
If a refund is processed for a booking in the Done status, it will revert to the New status.
Please note that these system statuses cannot be deleted. However, you can change their name, color, and icon in the Status list.
Intermediate statuses
After creating a booking, you can manually alter its status during processing. For this, the system has two additional predefined statuses. You can define their exact purpose yourself:
- Confirmed – for example, can be used by the administrator after approving the client's visit.
- In progress – it can be helpful to mark that a client has already arrived.
This list will also include the statuses you created.

You can view the full list of statuses, change their presentation, and add your own statuses on the Settings – Data – Statuses page:
For statuses with a lock symbol, you can only change the color, icon, and title. Their meaning and position in the process will not change.
Add your status
If you want to customize the statuses in accordance with your business process, you can do so by clicking on the + New status button. You will then be prompted to enter a title for the new status and a suitable pictogram and color.
