- Select the desired date range.

How to generate a P&L report
A P&L (Profit and Loss) report is a key financial document showing revenues, expenses, and profit/loss for a selected period, from daily monitoring to long-term analysis.
In EasyWeek, this report is generated automatically based on the data present in the system. It uses information on services, goods, other income, and expenses.
Statistics are available for each location separately. You can monitor the dynamics of the financial indicators with a day, week, month, and year reporting period.
The following incomes are taken into account in the report:
- Services that were paid for.
- Goods that have been sold.
- Revenues and expenses are entered manually on the POS - Finance - Overview page.
The report excludes transactions in the payment items Funds Entry and Funds Withdrawal, which you may create in addition to the system ones.
Also, the table shows the expenses:
- Employee salaries. Only payouts are taken into account, not the commission accrual.
- Amount spent on purchases of goods.
- Taxes according to the settings.
How to get booking statistics
The Statistics section in the EasyWeek analytics module allows you to overview the activity in your company.
> Daily dynamics of bookings
The column chart shows daily values of such key indicators as:
- total number of bookings,
- completed,
- cancelled, and
- open records.
The chart demonstrates peak and downturn periods and the created to fulfilled records ratio.
> Analysing booking sources
The pie charts that appear lower help you visualize the ratio of resources used by customers to book your services. The statistics are grouped by offline/online and by each record source individually.
Read more about online and offline sources in this article.
Traffic channels analysis
The system identifies the most popular posts and advertising campaigns using UTM tags.
Examples of UTM tags:
- utm_source – advertising system, the source that led the user to the website;
- utm_medium – traffic type, for example, pay-per-click;
- utm_campaign – is the name of the advertising campaign.
Client statistics
Here, you can see the total number of clients for the selected period and the number of new and repeat clients. Information about each customer, including the number of visits, last visit, average check, and total amount spent, helps to understand customer behavior better and develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
How to calculate an employee's workload percentage
You can analyze the efficiency of staff and facilities on the Users page. This displays planned and performed hours, the number of services completed, and each person's workload. This helps to distribute the workload and optimize the schedule evenly.
Where to view the average cheque
The Finance and Money sections in the Analytics block provide key information on the financial flow for the selected month:
- revenue,
- profit,
- average cheque,
- total turnover for each cash desk.
The table below shows the profit and expenses for each company service and by categories of services.
How to activate analytics?
