One of the alternative ways of making cashless payments is through a link. A unique link and QR code leading to its payment page are created for each service. You can show the code to the client for scanning or send him the link text. This provides additional flexibility in the issue of payment for services.
Setting up the integration
The availability of this method may vary depending on the region and supported banks.
The Integrations and Apps page lists available payment providers in your region. Select a payment system and click Read more. The opened page has fields for entering integration parameters and a link to the Integration guide.
Payment
Payment via the Link is available when you close your booking. It is displayed along with others in the payment step. The general sequence of actions is as follows:
- Open the desired booking in the Calendar.
- Click Go to payment.
- In the Payment method field, select Link.
- If there are several connected providers, select the required one.
- Click the Get Link.
After that, a unique link and QR code containing information about the service cost will be created. Send the payment link to the customer or ask them to scan the QR code and complete the payment on their device.
If the booking is not yet due, it will go to the Paid status and will be marked with a corresponding icon in the Calendar:
The booking card itself will also show a note that the payment has already been made:
If generating unique links for each booking doesn't work for you, try using payment via a single QR cashier code.
