Integrating with payment systems allows you to accept contactless payments via QR-cashier and links for each visit and direct clients to pay when booking through a widget.
The widget works as usual, but the last step is not the Book now button but the Proceed to payment.
To set whether prepayment is required to confirm a booking, go to Settings - Administration - Widget:
After that, every booking through the widget must be paid for. Otherwise, the service record will not be created. The payment waiting interval helps to release slots if payment is not received.
Bookings with mandatory payment
Here's an example of how prepaid appointments work:
- Set up integration with the payment system available in your region.
- Set the option Mandatory for online payment in the settings.
- The client selects a service in the widget and enters his data.
- The client clicks Proceed to payment and follows the instructions from the payment system.
- After successful payment, the booking is created in the Calendar with the mark Paid:
- Once the service has been provided, use the Complete now button to close the booking finally.
Some specifics:
- Only full prepayment is possible. Partial prepayment is not available.
- Сommission payments to an employee are credited when payment is made in the widget, not when the service is performed.
- If the client has paid himself via the widget, accruals by the payment type "Salary to administrator" are not made.
