The articles in the "Getting started" help section provide step-by-step instructions on registering your company and filling it out with the necessary information. Please refer to them if you haven't already done so. You will also learn how to add services, their photos, and costs and assign employees to perform them.
You will have enough data to receive bookings when the previous steps are completed!
Let's try to enter the first booking into the system. Two main ways to enter it are via Calendar and a widget.

What does the Calendar serve for?
The calendar is the main place for working with bookings. It allows you to visually evaluate the company's workload, get quick access to a particular booking, and add a new one.
How to change the displayed mode
One of the Calendar controls is the Day / Week / List mode switch:
- In Day mode, you will see the schedule of everyone in the organization for the selected day. Select a date via the calendar on the right, switch to surrounding dates using the arrows, or go back to today via the current date button.
- The Week mode will show your schedule with the days of the week in seven columns. Switching between dates is the same. You can switch to another employee's calendar by selecting them from the list on the right or through the picture in Day mode.
- List mode will display all bookings in a row without switching dates. Filters by staff/objects/resources and status of bookings are available:
How to customize the calendar appearance
The button at the top opens the side menu of settings:
Here, you will have access to:
- Zoom. Sets the height of the time slot. For example, here, it is equal to 30 minutes:
- Sorting helps you display or hide employees not working on a given day. If you select Sort by order, the employee columns will be in the order specified on the Staff - Users - Options - Sorting page.
- Toggle the display of notes in cards.
- Hide or show the right part with side filters and a small calendar.

How to make a booking via the Calendar
Open the Calendar by tapping the icon in the left vertical menu. Select a free time slot to record or press the + New booking button.
Describe the booking starting with the client's information:
- add a new client,
- select an existing client from the list,
- or leave the field blank for an anonymous reservation.
Now, enter the service details:
- Select it from the list and specify the performer if another is selected.
- The start time, price, duration of the service, and other parameters from the service description are automatically added along with the service provider. Each field can be edited in an uncommon situation.
- An extended description of the service, such as the consumption of materials or resource usage, is available.
- Click Add at the bottom.
The service is added. If multiple services are planned for this visit, you can add another for the same or a different worker by clicking + Add another service.
The minimum required data has been entered. On the right side is a field for the total amount for all services, a customizable booking source, a comments field, and a color selection. Finally, click Create booking.
Done! Your booking is now visible in the Calendar and in the list.
Booking through a widget
The booking process looks different when clients book through the website or widget.
- Open the widget on your website or wherever it is embedded. Or scroll through your organization's website to the list of services and pick one.
- Then select the performer or set automatic assignment. If your company has only one employee, you will be moved directly to the next step.
- Specify the date and time of the booking.
- In the last step, you must enter the client's information. Usually, the phone number, name, surname, and comments. These booking attributes can be customized.
- Done!
The system will generate a page with complete information about the booking.
If you set up notifications, the client and performer will receive notifications about the new booking.
