In short: EasyWeek Booking is a connector for AI assistants. A person asks Claude or ChatGPT for "a barbershop in Kyiv with free time on Saturday", and the assistant finds places from the EasyWeek catalog, shows their services with prices and free time, and gives the link to the booking page. The client finishes the booking on your own booking page. You do not need to set anything up: a place that is listed in the EasyWeek catalog is found by the assistant too.

How it works for a client
- The client adds EasyWeek Booking to their assistant once. No EasyWeek account and no sign-in are needed.
- They ask in their own words: a haircut this Saturday, a manicure nearby, a massage in Berlin.
- The assistant shows matching places with address, rating, the matching service and its price, and can show free time for a chosen service.
- The client opens the booking link and completes the booking on your booking page, the same one you share in social media.
The assistant never creates a booking itself and never reserves a slot. Your booking form, prepayment rules and notifications work exactly as usual, because the booking is made on your page.
What it looks like in a chat
The places, prices and times in the examples are made up. The exact look depends on the assistant, the content of the answer is the same.
Finding a place
The client names the city, the kind of place and the day. The assistant searches the catalog, checks free time and answers with a short list. Every place comes with its own booking link.

Services and prices of one place
The client can ask about a specific place. The assistant shows its address, rating, opening hours and the public services with duration and price, exactly as you entered them in EasyWeek.

Free time for a service
For a chosen service the assistant shows free time in the time zone of your location and hands over the link. The client picks the time and confirms the booking on your booking page.

What the assistant shows about your place
- name, address, city, opening hours and the type of business;
- rating, number of reviews and the review summary;
- description, amenities and languages spoken;
- your public services with prices and duration;
- free time for a service, in your location's time zone;
- the link to your booking page.
This is the same public information that is shown in the EasyWeek catalog and on your booking page. Client data, bookings, revenue and staff details are never available through EasyWeek Booking.
Which places are shown
The assistant searches the EasyWeek catalog. A location is found when it is listed in the catalog, and it is not found when it is hidden, disabled or archived. Open Online › EasyWeek marketplace in your admin to see whether each location is listed.
If you do not want a location to be found, press Hide from the catalog on that page. It disappears from the assistant's answers as well, and you can publish it again at any time. See How to raise your rating in the EasyWeek catalog for what it takes to get listed and to stand higher.
How to be found more often
- Name your services the way clients search for them, in the language of your clients: "Men's haircut", "Gel manicure". The assistant matches the client's words against service names.
- Add prices and duration to services. They are shown right in the answer.
- Keep the working schedule up to date, so the assistant has free time to show.
- Check the address and the pin on the map: clients often ask for places near them.
- Collect reviews. Rating and the review summary are part of the answer.
How you see these bookings
A booking that came through the assistant's link gets the source AI assistant, next to your other sources such as the widget, the website or Instagram. This way you can see how many clients came from AI assistants.

https://booking-mcp.easyweek.io/mcpinto Remote MCP server URL and click Add. No sign-in follows. - Start a new chat and ask, for example, "Find a nail salon near me with free time tomorrow".
ChatGPT
- Open ChatGPT, go to Settings - Safety & Login and enable Developer Mode.
- Open Plugins, click +, name the plugin EasyWeek Booking and paste
https://booking-mcp.easyweek.io/mcpas the MCP server URL. - Ask in any chat, for example, "When is the nearest free haircut slot in Kyiv?".
Custom connectors and Developer Mode are features of Claude and ChatGPT: check their current plan overviews for what each plan includes. EasyWeek Booking works with Claude and ChatGPT only. Other tools, for example Cursor, cannot connect to it.
How it differs from the EasyWeek connector for businesses
There are two separate connectors:
- EasyWeek is for you and your team. It signs in to your workspace and manages bookings, clients and sales. See How do I connect EasyWeek to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor (MCP)?
- EasyWeek Booking is for your clients. It needs no sign-in, only reads public information from the catalog and changes nothing.
Access and data
- EasyWeek Booking only reads. It cannot create, change or cancel anything in your workspace.
- It stores nothing about the person who asks. The question itself is handled by the assistant's provider under its own rules.
- The service is free for you and for your clients and is included in every plan.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to turn anything on?
No. If your location is listed in the EasyWeek catalog, the assistant can already find it.
My place is not in the assistant's answers. Why?
Most often the location is not listed in the catalog yet. Open Online › EasyWeek marketplace and follow the checklist. It also helps to ask the assistant with the city and the service name as your clients would write them.
Can the assistant book a client without my booking page?
No. It only hands over the link. The booking is always made by the client on your booking page.
The assistant says there is no free time, but I have some.
The assistant shows the same free time as your booking page for that service and location. Check the staff schedule and that the service is assigned to staff at this location.
