This feature enables you to gather feedback about your company by collecting ratings and comments from your real customers.
EasyWeek automatically sends a review request to your customers once their booking has been finished. Each booking has a unique link to the review page. Please ensure that your Thank You SMS notifications are turned on to facilitate this process.
Only customers who have booked with your business via EasyWeek can leave a rating or review.
How to start receiving reviews
To make customers start receiving messages with a feedback request, you need to set up a notification template:
- Go to Settings – SMS Notifications – For customers.
- Scroll down to the Send SMS after successful booking closure section.
- Enable the trigger and choose the sending delay after changing the booking status to "Completed".
- Draft the message template and optionally use variables for personalization.
- Be sure to use the variable :review_url, which will be replaced with the text link to the review form in the message.
This enables review invitations to be automatically sent to clients after each completed booking.
How to find your business reviews
Clients' reviews about the services you've provided through EasyWeek will be shown on your EasyWeek profile and can be managed under the Clients tab.
To see the rating and review text, follow the link to the Client reviews section. Or click on Online on the left side of the page and then on the button to go to all reviews:
You can view your overall business star rating and the breakdown of collated ratings. Reviews will be displayed in the order they were submitted, with the most recent appearing at the top.
You can filter all the accumulated feedback by parameters: Location, Staffer, Service, and Rating. The proportion of each rating and the average score will be displayed on the right side.
To respond to a review, click on Reply:
How to find reviews from a specific customer
In addition to the filters listed above in the general list of reviews, you can view feedback from a specific customer. Here are the steps to follow:
- Go to the Clients tab.
- Use the filter or search bar to locate your desired client.
- Click on the Reviews section located on the left side.
All the ratings and comments they have left will be displayed on this page. You can also respond to them through the Reply button.
How to update a review
Your customers have up to 30 days after their appointment to update a review or adjust their rating. To make changes to a review, your customers can follow these steps:
- Follow the same link they received in the message from EasyWeek after the visit.
- Edit the text and the rating.
- Click "Save review".
The feedback page displays the actual versions of the comment text and updated rating statistics. The average rating will also be recalculated.
The 'Client reviews' page allows you to view your customers' reviews and ratings but not modify or delete them.
Ratings on the website and in the widget
The rating for the company is displayed on your EasyWeek website and in the online booking widget as a star with the average value:
You can also see your employees' ratings on the website and in the EasyWeek booking widget. This way, your customers can be guided by the staff member's rating when making an appointment for services.
If you need to, you can turn off the display of company and employee ratings on the EasyWeek website and the widget. To do so, go to Settings – Administration – General:
Use the Client reviews feature to get direct feedback and analyze employee performance. This is an excellent tool for motivating your team and increasing customer loyalty by openly seeking their feedback on your service.
