Your clients' data is stored as a set of values.
There are some attributes by default: three separate string values for the First, Second and Middle Names, Birthday data field and the basic ones – E-mail and Phone number.
You can manage them on the Business settings – Data – Custom attributes page.
The base attributes with the lock icon 🔒 are system and unmodifiable. Two of them – First name and Phone – are always required both in the Customer card and the Calendar.
You can set all the other attributes as optional or remove them from the online widget. To do this, follow the Form Builder link at the bottom of the page.
Go to the Business settings – Data – Customer attributes, scroll down and click the Form Builder link.
Here is a page to customise the online booking form, change the order of the fields, and make them required or optional. Add the dividing line between blocks for a better appearance.
Your business needs can require more specific client data, for example, medical card number, game platform login, hair type, car licence number, profession and hobbies, and welcome drink preferences. You can set which client data to store in the database and request while making an appointment.
EasyWeek supports customising attributes and adding a broad set of types, such as String, Digital, True/False, List and others.
To do this, click on the + New attribute at the right bottom corner.
To add an attribute, define on the opened page the following fields:
- Format – string, digital, data, etc.
- What the new attribute will refer to customer card or calendar.
- Attribute name – required.
- Field placeholder – an optional field with some clarifications.
- Input mask – when data should be formatted.
- Use for online booking flag.
