Reviews in EasyWeek come only from clients who booked through EasyWeek and had their visit. After the visit the client gets an automatic review request, rates the visit with 1 to 5 stars and can add a few words. The review then appears in your admin, on your website and on your page in the EasyWeek catalog.
This guide covers the whole cycle: how the request is sent, where to read and answer reviews, what clients can change, and how reviews raise your rating on the website and in the catalog.

How reviews work
- One review per booking. A client can review a visit only after it has ended, and only if the booking was not cancelled or marked as a no-show.
- A review is a rating from 1 to 5 stars, the client's name and an optional text of up to 1000 characters.
- Every review is verified by design: there is no way to leave one without a booking, so clients and the catalog can trust them.
- Reviews are published right away, without moderation. You can reply to every review, but you cannot edit or delete a client's review.
Automatic review requests
The Review request reminder is created and switched on for every new workspace, with the email channel. You do not need to set anything up to start receiving reviews.
How it works:
- The request goes out right after the booking end time, or after the delay you set in the reminder. It is also sent for visits you closed by hand before the end time.
- It is never sent for cancelled bookings or no-shows. If a booking is rescheduled, the request follows the new time.
- The email contains five tappable stars. A tap opens the review form with that rating already selected, so a review takes a few seconds.
- Channels: email, push notifications in the EasyWeek client app, Telegram. SMS and WhatsApp are available once you connect those channels.
- Second request: new workspaces send one more request 24 hours later if the client has not left a review. Workspaces created earlier ask once, until you change the setting.
- Each visit gets one request. The second request is cancelled as soon as a review arrives.

Change the timing, the second request or the text
- Open Marketing › Reminders and pick the channel, for example Email. From the Reviews page you can get there with the Automatic review requests button.
- Find the Review request card and open the three-dot menu.
- Edit opens the settings:
- Send immediately or Send with delay, with the delay in minutes, hours or days.
- Second request: Ask once or Remind again if there is no review after a period you set.
- To change the message itself, open the reminder's template page and edit the text for each language. The :review_url variable inserts the personal review link.
- Use Pause in the same menu to stop requests, and Reports to see who received them.
Push and Telegram requests reach clients who use the EasyWeek client app. See EasyWeek automatic reminders for the channels and Message templates for the variables.
Where to find your reviews

Reviews page
Open Marketing › Reviews. The page shows:
- the average rating, the number of reviews and the breakdown by stars; click a bar to see only that rating;
- filters by Location, Staffer, Service and Rating, and sorting Most recent or Old reviews first;
- every review with the client's name, the date, the stars, the text and a link to the booking.
The page is available to the Owner and Admin roles.
Client card
Open Clients, find the client and switch to the Reviews tab. It lists every review this client has left and their average rating. The rating is also shown on the client's overview.
Reply to a review
- Click Reply under the review.
- Write your answer, up to 1000 characters, and click Reply.
Each review can have one reply. You can edit or delete it later through the three-dot menu next to the reply. The reply is public: clients see it under the review on your website and in the catalog, marked as a reply from your business.
Reply to critical reviews too. A calm answer that explains what you changed does more for new clients than a perfect score, and clients are more likely to book when they see that you answer.
How clients leave and change a review
The client opens the link from the request, or opens the booking in the EasyWeek client app and taps the review button. The form asks for the stars, the name to show and the review text.
- A review can be left up to 30 days after the visit.
- The client can change the stars, the name and the text for 30 days after leaving the review, through the same link. After that the review is locked.
- If a client opens the link for a visit that was cancelled, marked as a no-show or is older than 30 days, the form is not available.
Reviews on your website, in the widget and in the catalog
Website
Your EasyWeek website has a Reviews block and a full reviews page with sorting and a filter by stars. In the website builder you choose the layout and what to show: the stars, the date, the staff member and the service, your reply, the rating breakdown. Ratings appear on the site once a location, a staff member or a service has at least 3 reviews. Google receives the average rating of your business through the site's structured data.
Booking widget
The widget shows the rating next to each staff member when clients choose who to book with.
EasyWeek catalog
Your page in the catalog shows the average rating, the number of reviews, the breakdown by stars, the latest reviews and your replies. Clients can sort the catalog by rating and filter places rated 4.0 or 4.5 and above, and places with a high rating get a badge on their card.
Reviews and the average rating are part of your catalog rating: more reviews and a higher average move your place up on category and city pages. Open Online › EasyWeek marketplace to see your review count, your average and the Collect reviews step in the checklist. See How to raise your rating in the EasyWeek catalog.
Reviews are shown in the language the client wrote them in. If a client left the name empty, the review is shown as anonymous.
A client did not receive a request
Check Marketing › Reminders › History: every request is listed with its channel and status, and a skipped request shows the reason. The usual causes:
- The booking was cancelled or marked as a no-show. See Managing no-shows.
- The client card has no email, and the client does not use the EasyWeek app or Telegram. Add the email to the client card for the next visit.
- SMS or WhatsApp is not connected, or the balance is empty.
- The client is marked as "do not contact".
- The Review request reminder is paused.
- The booking was added to the calendar more than a day after the visit ended. Requests are sent only for visits logged within 24 hours of their end time.
Frequently asked questions
Can I delete or hide a review?
No. Reviews are verified visits, and hiding them would make every rating on EasyWeek worthless. Reply to the review instead. If a review breaks the law or contains personal data, write to support.
Can a client leave a review without a booking?
No. The review link is tied to a specific booking, and each booking can have one review.
Can I import reviews from Google or other sites?
No. EasyWeek shows only reviews left after bookings made through EasyWeek.
Are low ratings shown publicly?
Yes, all reviews are shown. Your reply is shown next to them.
Will the request go to clients who booked before I changed the settings?
Yes. The request is created when the visit ends, so the current settings apply to every visit from that moment on.
